Yin Yoga helps alleviate stress and restores your energy levels.

It focuses on stretching the connective tissues while working with the body's energy meridians improving flexibility, circulation, strength, joint mobility and lymph movement; while reducing tension and releasing trauma in the body.

The Sound Healing will facilitate the release and healing of stagnant energy & blockages in the areas of the body being strengthened during the Yin Yoga practice. 432 Hz Sound Healings produce changes in the nervous system, immune system, hormonal system & neuropeptide systems. It decreases cortisol levels, blood pressure, anxiety & stress; and releases emotional blockages, improves sleep & aligns our energy centres. It encourages synchronicity between both hemispheres of the brain, increasing creativity, insight + intuition.

You will also learn how sound heals and hands-on singing-a-bowl for yourself.
