Sessions & workshops are held in the beautiful Meditation Dome, nestled in the trees facing the lake, and is insulated and equipped with a wood-burning stove. There is also plenty of time to relax by the lake, in the sauna or gazebo.

Start your weekend immersed in the tranquility of Sharbot Lake with our Sunset Stand-Up Paddleboarding experience, and start each morning with gentle yoga during our Emerge sessions. As the retreat unfolds, deepen your journey of self-discovery and self-love with the Renew session, where you'll explore self-care practices through lymphatic movement, facial massage, and heart-centered meditation to release tension and nurture your well-being.
Guided by Diane and Ashley, you'll delve into mindfulness and connection through our Reflect Session and Healing with Sound Workshop. Throughout your stay, enjoy nourishing healthy meals and connect with like-minded individuals to rejuvenate your spirit.
Located on the serene shores of Sharbot Lake, our retreat offers a variety of amenities including a main retreat house, two private cottages, a meditation dome, kayaks, SUP Boards, canoe, a sauna, gazebo, and a lakeside fire pit for a complete restorative experience.
